This is a mixed used development located along Limuru Road, Nairobi. Our efficiency and efficacy of service provision enabled us to design the first smart city in the region.

We have implemented the first Tier-4 data center in the country, one with reliable uptimes within the region. The data center is served by two power providers Kenya Power and Lighting Comapny and Two Rivers Power Company.
