Tier Data Limited held its business review strategy meeting on the 13/10/2021 at the Trademark Hotel, Nairobi. The meeting was an important determinant of how we should set direction and discover new horizons where we can offer value to our clients.

With one of our core values being customer satisfaction, the meeting provided an opportunity for us to re-imagine what we can offer to clients thus also significantly changing our ways of working. Speaking during the retreat, the General Manager, Steve Butler, encouraged the team to be visionary on designing products that were distinctive and focused on the 4 P’s principle: people, price, product, and place.

We also elicited ways of creating a collaborative framework amongst our departments; Innovations, Service delivery and Infrastructure. Go to Market strategy was also a focal point of discussion as this gives a clue of the tactical action plan that outlines the steps necessary to succeed in the market.

The meeting comes at a time when the team recently relocated its physical office from the Southern Tower Wing to the Gate House offices, off the Northern-Bypass, within the same vicinity of the Two Rivers Development.
